بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ١
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1
فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ٢
For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ٣
And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3
فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡمُصَلِّينَ٤
So woe to those who pray 4
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِهِمۡ سَاهُونَ٥
[But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ يُرَآءُونَ٦
Those who make show [of their deeds] 6
وَيَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ٧
And withhold [simple] assistance. 7
