Qari' Saad Al-Ghamdi's full name is Saad Ibn Saeed Ibn Saad Al-Ghamdi. He was born in Dammam in 1967 AD, corresponding to 1 Jumada Al-Awwal 1387 AH. He is considered one of the most famous imams in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. He is a Quran reciter known for his recitation of the Holy Quran.
His Studies and Life
- Saad Al-Ghamdi was able to become a well-known Quran reciter, having begun completing all levels of education. After that, he participated in many centers and private Quran memorization circles, which played a significant role in developing this reciter and teaching him the chanting he had begun in high school in 1405 AH.
- A number of tapes were recorded for him, including the first and second editions of "Dammam." Among his well-known chants is "Our King of this World." He also has a famous chant called "The Strangers."
- Then He began memorizing the Holy Quran in 1407 AH. Upon entering university, he began studying Sharia at Imam Malik bin Saud University in Al-Ahsa, graduating with a specialization in the Fundamentals of Religion in 1410 AH.
- He was able to memorize the entire Quran and become one of the most famous reciters in the Kingdom.
Sheikh Saad Al-Ghamdi's Works
- He had many accomplishments, including obtaining a license to recite the Hafs narration from Asim in 1417 AH.
- Sheikh Saad Al-Ghamdi also worked as an imam in several well-known mosques in Mecca and the Gulf states.
- He also worked in several mosques around the world, including Austria, the United States, and Britain.
- He was also an imam in Bahrain and Kuwait.
- This imam worked from 1411 AH From 1416 AH to 1415 AH in teaching circles.
- In addition, he was appointed as an educational supervisor in 1416 AH to teach Islamic education. He currently supervises several private schools run by Muhammad al-Fateh in Dammam.
- He was also appointed as the general supervisor of both the Manar al-Huda Center and the Imam al-Shatibi Center.
- He was also appointed as a preacher and imam at the Yusuf ibn Ahmad Mosque in Dammam.
- He is also a well-known member of the Social Affairs Committee in Dammam and participated in leading the Tarawih prayers at the Prophet's Mosque in 1430 AH.
